Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized full time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, friendly demeanor.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all those who visit our practice. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
- Collect patient information and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Handle check-in and check-out processes, including payments and billing coordination
- Communicate effectively with the team and assist with daily office flow
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and running smoothly
