Dental Administrator
Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and vibrant Dental Administrator to join our team at our U-Dental Clinic!
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday if needed.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in dental administration, performing the following duties:
- Greeting patients in office
- Scheduling appointments and making confirmation calls
- Processing insurance claims
- Sending and following up on pre-determination requests
- Collecting and processing payments
- Completing day end
Competencies and attributes include:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Engaging personality with a strong customer focus
- Good understanding of dental terminology
- Comfortable with using Dentrix software an asset
