Your Role:
- Assist with demolition and hazardous material removal (asbestos, mold, lead)
- Move materials, prepare work areas, and operate basic hand tools
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites
- Support your crew while developing new skills
What We Offer:
- Paid training and steady, local jobs
- Shifts typically run 8:00 am to 5:00 to 7:00 pm
- Sundays off with occasional Saturday shifts only when needed
- Consistent work year-round whenever possible
- Clear path to Crew Lead, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager positions
What We Are Looking For:
- Dependable and hardworking individuals
- Physically able and committed to safety
- Two work references required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
