Data Entry and Compliance Administrator
Reports to:
General Manager
Summary:
Founded in 1985, Adaptall is a manufacturer and supplier of Hydraulic Metric/British Fittings & Adapters with facilities in Pickering and Mississauga, Ontario; Houston, Texas; and Twinsburg, Ohio. The Data Entry and Compliance Administrator is responsible to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of organizational data while supporting compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Entry Duties:
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
- Document filing/control
- Generate reports and summaries as required for internal/external personnel
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- EDIs (designate for data entry)
- Error tracking and analysis (RGA, credits issued)
Compliance Duties
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, customer requirements and regulatory requirements such as (MTRs, required certifications, etc.)
- Maintain records of compliance activities
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations
Admin Duties:
- General computer/printer support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
- Familiarity with database management and compliance tracking tools
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to manage time and duties effectively
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
