Overview
Distex M&M Inc. is a leader in the distribution of commercial and institutional kitchen equipment. Our company, located in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Customer Support Representative is responsible for responding to customer requests related to after-sales service, coordinating with third-party technicians, and performing other administrative tasks associated with company operations
Duties
- Provide customer service and support, including responding to all service calls and emails.
- Dispatch technicians when required.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technicians.
- Follow up on service calls to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to return and guarantee policies.
- Manage the parts department, including stock reception, maintenance and replenishment.
- Follow up on returned equipment, repaired items, and damage reports.
- Update reports as required.
- Manage and track returned equipment and parts shipment.
- Manage parts inventory and preform yearly count
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the department supervisor.
Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Effective stress management and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in both French and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
- Ability to perform analysis tasks related to customer interactions and service delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer use; experience with SAP is an asset.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with courier and logistics coordination.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of the sales process and business dynamics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
