We are looking for a Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Specialist.
This role emphasizes building and maintaining excellent customer relations to promote our brand and products.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
Key responsibilities:
Develop Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of our product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Order Entry Management: Enter customer orders accurately into our order entry system, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
Client Expectations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their expectations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues throughout the sales process.
Social Media Marketing: Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
