Do you have an interested in photography or art, and love helping others? We're seeking friendly, detail-oriented, Customer Service Representatives to join our small, creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a temporary seasonal position, with an expected ending date of December 31, 2025. If this turns out to be a great fit and you're loving it here, there is the possibility of staying on permanently, though that is not an expectation or requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email
- Provide information about our products and services, including prints, canvas, photo books, and custom framing
- Process orders, payments, and pickups
- Basic production assistance, such as sorting customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work Saturdays and 4 weekdays per week
- Interest in art, photography, or design is a plus!
- Some previous experience with Photoshop is a plus!
