Battano Construction Limited is seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will support clients by phone and email, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an asset, but not required
