Customer Service Representative & Online Listings
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative & Online Listings Specialist to be the welcoming face of The Pawsh Dog and the voice of our online brand. This hybrid role combines in-person client service with digital brand management, ensuring our customers have a seamless, positive experience from their first point of contact to their pet’s completed service.
15 hours per week, split into two front shifts (6 AM – 2 PM or 2 PM – 10 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Educate clients on our services, promotions, and packages.
- Assist clients in selecting services that best meet their needs.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Book appointments and process payments.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Online Listings & Reputation Management
- Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles for assigned locations.
- Ensure online listings are accurate, consistent, and optimized for visibility.
- Respond to online reviews with professionalism and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor online reputation and report on trends or opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements to online presence.
Requirements
- Written and spoken English fluency required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in retail, hospitality, or pet care.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks, booking systems, and online platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail for both in-person and online work.
Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $16/hour
- 1% commission on services booked (paid upon service completion) – annual target: $10,000
- 1% retail sales commission – annual target: $2,000
- Bonuses for meeting Online Listings Specialist KPIs – annual target: $10,000
