Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding phone inquiries.
- Handling returns and exchanges as necessary.
- Processing RMAs and transactions.
- Notifying customers upon the arrival of stock.
- Monitoring back orders and ensuring timely order follow-ups.
- Assisting sales team as required, including tasks like wrapping floor models or managing large orders.
- Overseeing email communications.
- Ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized.
- Managing SND bins upkeep.
