Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Customer Service Reps are one of the first contacts the customer has with Deadmonton.
As part of the Deadmonton Team, the Customer Service Representative will be helpful and assist customers in navigating through the compound and answer questions guests may have. We have customer service reps checking tickets, directing line-ups, scanning tickets, directing lineups and being present in the compound. Our fright attendants are an integral part of Deadmonton so be prepared to have an incredible time as part of the Deadmonton Team.
Duties:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ticket taking
- Directing lineups
- Guiding customers around the facility
- Monitoring entrances and exits
- Scanning tickets at event entryways
Skills:
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Time management skills & well organized
- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Proficient in English
- Great communication skills
