Customer Service Representative / Appointment Setter

Work Schedule (On-site only)
- Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Minimum 18+ hours per week
- You must be available for all listed shifts
- These hours are probationary and may increase depending on your availability and performance.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative / Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in supporting Rainbow North York’s customer outreach and marketing efforts. This position involves scheduling product demonstrations, engaging with both new and existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. It’s ideal for someone professional, outgoing, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Make outbound calls to schedule product demonstrations with new and existing clients
- Answer basic product questions after training on the Rainbow system
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in every interaction
Appointment Setting & Lead Management
- Qualify leads and book in-home product presentations
- Reconnect with previous leads to generate new appointments
- Accurately document call activity, appointment details, and follow-up actions
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Assist in coordinating weekend pop-up marketing events
- Conduct marketing callouts at the end of dealer presentations
- Confirm attendance for “welcome night” events and follow up with participants
- Support marketing campaigns by sending follow-up videos, surveys, and reminders
Data Entry & Tracking
- Enter and assign daily appointments into the system
- Send reminders and confirm upcoming customer appointments
- Process referrals within 24 hours and confirm scheduling
Team Coordination & Training
- Participate in team meetings to review weekly performance and goals
- Assist with dealer coordination and training sessions as needed
- Provide input on marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Living within walking distance of the location is prioritized and considered a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- High school diploma required, degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred
- Must be able to commute daily to 1300 Finch Avenue West, North York
- Must work in-person (no remote work available)
- Valid work permit required
- Filipino language skills are an asset
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
