TYPICAL DAY:
As a member of our customer service team, you will represent our clients' programs residentially through direct interaction with potential customers. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving program awareness.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be engaging with customers to:
- Share exciting campaign information and connect them with client products and services
- Complete applications, process payments, and handle credit/debit transactions
- Follow up, file paperwork, and ensure everything is finalized with precision
- Attend daily training meetings, continually sharpening your skills
- Work with your team to achieve monthly targets and drive success
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries like a pro
- Use Android systems to complete tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Promote client campaigns directly in residential areas
