The Customer Service Agent actively contributes to achieving the goals of the dynamic and dedicated industrial and operational sales customer service team by assisting in managing customer inquiries and orders. The incumbent acts as an expert for the customer accounts of the distribution center under their responsibility, demonstrating autonomy and rigor while showing adaptability, versatility, and openness to change.

• Salary range  002: 50 400$ to 63 000$  (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

What’s involved in this role:

• Perform various activities related to order processing and shipments, such as:

• Entering orders, following up on ongoing cases, and updating customer records;

• Resolving various issues and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers;

• Validating settings, pricing, and inventory stock allocation (discontinued items, new launches, exceptions);

• Investigating and gathering information on complaints, returns, and credits;

• Analyzing urgent orders, coding, and notifying about missing products;

• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously quickly and efficiently;

• Ensures smooth transitions without customer impact while supporting project optimization initiatives;

• Acts as a facilitator by supporting ERP system transitions.

What you need to join our team:

• College diploma (DEC) in administration or another relevant field;

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service;

•  English, spoken and written. French an asset.

• Strong knowledge of computerized systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite).
