The Customer Collaboration Analyst (CPFR) plays a key role in managing item and category performance across the entire Agropur Cooperative supply chain, with a primary focus on collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability and efficiency. This exciting customer facing position is responsible for maximizing on-shelf availability percentage, service level percent, event management, execution of new and discontinued items, reducing waste/swell, forecast management, reporting and analytics. The analyst will use information obtained from the customer while applying supply chain planning information as input into Agropur’s Cooperative’s forecasting process. The CC analyst is the primary contact with the customers replenishment/procurement departments and is a key internal collaboration partner with Agropur’s sales and supply chain partners.

What’s involved in this role:

  • Customer Level Forecasting Performance.

  • Event management (Promotional, in/out’s, etc).

  • Track Event Performance, problem solve and provide analytical expertise.

  • Maximize On-shelf availability and service level.

  • Execution on New and Discontinued items.

  • Reporting, dashboard creation/maintenance, and Metric Tracking.

  • Week over week volume management and holiday volume management.

  • Customer Collaboration Influence.

  • Fill Rate Fine Mitigation.

  • Week over week volume management and holiday volume management.

  • Lead weekly/monthly customer meetings to go through key KPIs, discus issues and opportunities.

  • Ad hoc reporting.

What you need to join our team:

  • –5 years of experience in CPFR, business forecasting, or supply chain analysis within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment, in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable demand forecasts and influence customer replenishment decisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, LCL vendor portal and Workbench.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula creation.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results across internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor
  • ’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with Canadian retailers is considered an asset.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Valid G Class driver
  • ’s license required.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; French is considered an asset.
