A Medical Supplier company requires a permanent receptionist on a full time basis.
We are looking for a Receptionist that has good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and a sense of humor would be helpful. Also the selected individual should be well organized and capable of working independently as well as part of a small tight knit office team.
Duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails ...
- Order entry and customer service related duties
- Office management (ordering supplies, filing, etc.)
- Collecting overdue accounts
- Contact customer and negotiation
- English and Mandarin
- Website management experience
