We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with their needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks related to customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, particularly in travel, tourism, or hospitality, is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Available for evening shifts (ending before 9 PM) and weekend work (Saturday and Sunday).

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.10 per year
