Rogers’ Chocolates is seeking a Custodian for a full time opening to join our factory team.
As the Custodian, you will be responsible for the cleaning of common areas including stairs, washrooms, halls, locker rooms, the lunchroom, doors, sinks, windows, etc. You will also be responsible for the cleaning of the production, packaging and warehouse floors and supporting the production team in cleaning equipment, parts and machinery. The Custodian is also responsible for performing water and waste water testing and cleaning as required.
From time to time the role will also partner with our Maintenance Coordinator on repairs and upkeep in the facility.

Specifically the qualifications in a candidate we are looking are:
- Experience working in a janitorial, custodial or sanitation position
- Self motivated and willing to work independently
- Experience working in an environment with a Food Safety Program an asset
- Ability to perform concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and is organized in their work ethic
- A good command for the English language
- Ability to work full time (Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm)
- A love of chocolate!
