BGC Wolf Creek is seeking a Custodian for our Ponoka location.
The ideal candidate will have previous custodian experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete the designated weekly custodial duties (as outlined in the Custodian Cleaning Chart) in 2 X 3/hour shifts for a total of 6 hours/week.
- Complete the weekend cleaning duties between 9:00PM on Friday and 9:00AM on Monday, unless otherwise specified.
- Complete the midweek cleaning duties between 6:00PM on Wednesday and 9:00AM on Thursday. (In July and August, this will be adjusted to accommodate the programming schedule.)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Clear Criminal Record check
- Previous custodial experience
- Display effective time management skills across a range of roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate ability to be a passionate and hard worker.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality, in accordance with the agency's Confidentiality Agreement.
- Commit to represent and uphold the positive image of BGC Wolf Creek/Ponoka Youth Centre both in a professional setting and during personal time.
- Have flexibility in being able to work during non-business hours.
Hours:
6 Hours a week (2 shifts of 3 hours) Hours to be completed after 6:00pm on Wednesdays and anytime on the weekend.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
