Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the insurance industry and their policy holders.
- Communicate with customers to ensure appointment/inspection locations and scheduling.
- Analyze customer data and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently relay information using an Appraisal Management system.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as insurance providers, to ensure smooth operations and timely scheduling of appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with a claim system is beneficial
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology is beneficial
