As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
