Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality wood products.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Utilize CRM/ERP for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Proven experience in B2B sales or related field also willing to train.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback.
- Experience in account management is an asset.
