About Us

The Global Health Systems (GHS) Master of Health Sciences (MHSc) program is an interfaculty program run jointly by the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry (SSMD) and the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS).

The GHS MHSc program provides students with a dynamic and interactive curriculum that prepares learners to identify, critically analyze and act on structural inequities that underlie the uneven distribution of health and disease within and across societies. Our systems approach examines the interwoven and inseparable boundaries of biomedical, social, economic, and ecological systems. A key distinguishing feature of the GHS MHSc program is that it equips learners with skills in leadership, innovation, financial administration, and project management
