With a strong foundation in delivering high-quality projects, we are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for accuracy and a keen understanding of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and other project team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns
Skills:
- Proficient in ProCore or similar construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with software such as Bluebeam for document management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple commercial projects concurrently.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
