At Goranson Construction Ltd., we’re looking for an Excavation Project Manager who’s ready to take the next big step. You’ll help us manage excavation and construction projects from start to finish—bringing your experience in operational excellence, financial control, and leadership to our in a well-run, values-driven company.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage job sites from award to completion with clear planning and structure
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors to keep projects moving on time and on budget
- Track costs, approve invoices, and support budgeting and forecasting with precision
- Troubleshoot problems on site and in logistics—thinking ahead, not just reacting
- Use digital tools and scheduling systems to keep everything (and everyone) aligned
- Be a trusted bridge between office and field—communicating clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and your team
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement; we run lean and think smart
Who You Are
- You’ve got at least 3-5 years of experience in a project manager role where you were held accountable—and you delivered
- You love operations, organization, and finding better ways to get things done
- You’re naturally observant, process-oriented, and comfortable with numbers and systems
- You don’t need your hand held, but you do love learning from others who know their craft
- You’ve worked on construction sites or similar environments and understand the pace and pressure
- You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (bonus if you’ve used Procore or Job TrendTread, Sage, Excel, or scheduling software)
