Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and facilitating project management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and have experience in business development, customer relationship management, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications between contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Utilize programs to manage project data and customer relationships effectively.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying any issues or delays that may arise.
- Facilitate business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the construction sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- A background in marketing or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
