High Tide Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate Concussion Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in concussion recovery care, neurofeedback, and integrative health practices.
As our Clinic Assistant, you’ll support our therapists and practitioners in delivering exceptional care to concussion clients while ensuring the clinic environment is welcoming, calm, and efficient. You’ll play an essential role in both client-facing support and behind-the-scenes operations.
Responsibilities: Client Care & Therapy Support
- Assist with client intake and preparation before therapy or neurofeedback sessions
- Support clients post-treatment with care instructions and emotional support
- Help set up and monitor neurofeedback sessions (training provided)
- Maintain a calming and professional environment for all clients
Clinic Administration
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our Jane app system
- Handle phone and email communication professionally
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Assist with basic data entry, client forms, and file management
Clinic Maintenance & Operations
- Light cleaning duties to ensure a tidy, safe, and sanitized environment
- Prepare treatment rooms between clients
- Restock supplies and ensure therapy equipment is functioning and clean
Who You Are:
- Eager to learn about concussion care, neurofeedback, and client-centered healing
- Friendly, grounded, and able to create a calm, welcoming presence
- Comfortable with basic tech and administrative tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
- Able to take direction well and work independently once trained
Preferred (but not required):
- Background in kinesiology, anatomy, health sciences, or concussion care
- Previous experience in a clinical or wellness environment
- Interest in holistic and integrative therapies
