Community Engagement Associate

We are seeking an outgoing, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our Development team to assist in fundraising as a Community Engagement Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys public speaking, and has a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
As a key member of our team, you will support fundraising initiatives by stewarding existing partners and identifying new opportunities. The position involves travel across the province and requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
We’re seeking a strategic and creative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen attention to detail are essential for tracking and evaluating campaign goals and performance.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with other Development staff to:
· Nurture and grow relationships with corporate donors
· Support and help execute JPCHF fundraising events
· Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising strategies
