Your main responsabilities
Social Media – 75%:
- Create content/posts for our social media platforms in line with the brand image (and occasionally for other digital platforms: SharePoint, website, etc.)
- Participate in editorial planning, communication calendar management, and community management
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials and various visual and audiovisual content (presentations, templates, award submissions, ads, posters, business cards, etc.)
- Update the website and other digital platforms
- Participate in event organization
- Support the execution of communication plans in line with business needs and brand image
- Contribute to various special communication and marketing projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with vendor sourcing (venues, caterers, photographers, printers, copywriters, freelancers)
- Coordinate photo shoots in support of communication and marketing material creation
- Perform other related tasks as needed
- Has 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing skills in French
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Bilingualism required to communicate with offices outside of Quebec
- Strong ability to understand and work with a brand identity and translate it into visuals, messaging, and tone
- Interest and skills in graphic design using Canva, in line with brand guidelines
- Essential knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and SharePoint
- Proficient in social media and their analytics tools
- Naturally comfortable with digital platforms
- Knowledge of video creation and editing (an asset)
- Ability to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, and adaptable
