Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Appliance Technician Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valide Journeyman certification and, with a focus on commercial appliance repair. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. As a Commercial Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial appliances.
- Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot electrical components and systems within appliances.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance operations and identify issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in appliance technology to enhance repair techniques.
Requirements
- Commercial Appliance Technician Journeyman Certification
- Proven experience in commercial appliance repair.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for effective diagnostics.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
