Dial An Applianceman is seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient repairs and installations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and dishwashers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Assemble and install appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, timelines, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to appliance repair.
Skills
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues.
- Mechanical knowledge that allows for effective disassembly and reassembly of appliances.
- Proven experience in appliance repair with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns.
- Familiarity with reading schematics for electrical systems is essential.
