Join Our Team – Low Voltage Installation & Service Technician
Fusion Cabling Inc., a leader in Manitoba’s low voltage industry, is looking for a motivated and experienced Low Voltage Installation & Service Technician to join our team. Based in Winnipeg, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and fostering a positive team environment while supporting our commercial clients.
About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of industry experience who is eager to grow their career with us. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience with the installation and servicing of cabling, pathways, and devices for data, voice, fibre, telecommunications, wireless, video, audio, surveillance, and security systems.

Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (a company work vehicle may be provided for the right candidate).
- Clear criminal record check and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, including coordination with other trades and contractors.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or out-of-town assignments as needed.
- Typical work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Commercial experience in installing and troubleshooting data cabling and devices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Color vision is mandatory.
- Physically capable of handling demanding workloads when needed, including:
- Lifting 50+ lbs
- Climbing ladders
- Working at heights
- Ability to meet deadlines, be punctual, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Must have a cell phone and basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided).
- Wage will be based on experience and skill level.
