CNC Operator
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing crew. If you have 1+ years of hands-on experience and a passion for precision, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machine to produce high-quality pieces
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Use measuring tools to inspect finished products
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1+ years of CNC experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with basic CNC programming
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
- Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular tasks
- Working in a high-noise setting, where strong safety awareness is key to success
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used as required
- A standard 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime may be required
Work Schedule
- This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Compensation
- Starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.
