We’re currently hiring a CNC Operator & Cabinet Maker to join our production team. This hands-on role is at the front end of our manufacturing process, helping to drive accuracy and efficiency throughout the shop. You’ll work in a compact, fast-paced manufacturing cell and contribute to projects from machining through to final assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret cabinetry blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate a 3-Axis CNC Router and Edge Bander
- Assist in programming and maintaining CNC production schedules
- Ensure precision and quality throughout the machining and banding process
- Cross-train and operate other shop machinery including the Gannomat
- Assemble custom cabinetry with a high level of detail and craftsmanship
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot errors
- Maintain accurate records and monitor material inventory
- Help plan and perform regular machine maintenance
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
- Collaborate with the production team to improve workflow and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC operation experience (required)
- Previous cabinetmaking experience
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed cabinetry drawings
- Experience with edge banding machinery and general shop tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to cross-train and support other areas of production
