Responsibilities You'll Take On:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape window and door components according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to ensure accurate production and prevent defects.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
