Responsibilities
- Greet and assist club members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about club services, programs, and events.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Serve Liquor and prepare food in a fast paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance member experience and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with proven experience in retail sales or similar roles.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pro-Serve for selling liquor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and techniques.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
