Job Title: Lot Attendant / Yard Person

About Us:
LJ Patterson Sales is a proud, family-owned and operated dealership serving the Greater Moncton area. As we continue to expand and grow, we're looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking lot
- Ensure units on display are clean, presentable, and in working order
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and positioning of inventory
- Perform local deliveries and pick-ups using truck and trailer
- Assist with general yard and shop duties as assigned
- Conduct minor mechanical inspections and identify potential issues
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience operating a forklift (certification is an asset)
- Ability to safely drive and maneuver a truck and trailer
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
