We’re currently looking for a friendly and professional Lobby Attendant to be the welcoming face of our office.
Job Summary
The Lobby Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and orderly front area, greeting clients and visitors, and providing basic support to the front desk and admin team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct clients, visitors, and delivery personnel in a warm and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Provide basic assistance to visitors, such as offering information or refreshments
- Monitor visitor logs and maintain building entry protocols
- Notify staff of client arrivals or deliveries
- Support the administrative team with light clerical tasks as needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and friendly
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods
