We are a fun fast-paced clinic with unique client interactions. We want someone who enjoys people, is willing to work hard, is fast-paced, and enjoys each day being a bit different. Client interaction is a large part of your day as well as assisting practitioners with the flow of the day. We are seeking a personable and adaptable individual to join our team, who is available to work two weekends a month and in the evenings. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position requiring 4 ten hour shifts. You would have 3 days off per week. As this is a team-based position providing support to all therapists, the successful candidate must be willing to learn and take on new tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Sterilize equipment
- Stock supplies
- Maintain patient records
- Greeting patients and providing them with information about the clinic
- Answering the phone
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Photocopying documents
- Manage schedules
- Prepare reports
- Provide general administrative support
- Booking appointments
- Collecting payment
- Laundry
Qualifications/Assets:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or diploma in physiotherapy assistant program (not a requirement)
- Previous experience in a medical setting (not a requirement)
- Great personality and work ethic
