Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a strong commitment to caregiving and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
- Provide support for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met with patience and understanding.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for play and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Foster a positive relationship with children to encourage trust and emotional security.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational capacity is required.
- Familiarity with child development principles and practices is preferred.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being.
