We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
Skills
- Classroom experience is highly desirable to facilitate structured learning environments.
- Strong teaching skills to effectively communicate concepts and engage children in learning.
- Background in early childhood education to support developmental milestones.
- Proven experience with children in various settings, demonstrating patience and understanding.
