$20.00 hourly rate of pay plus cash gratuities of additional $3-$4 per hour

Responsibilities include:
- Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times
- Dessert and pastry experience
- Knowledge of classical French cuisine. Cooking to order all menu items
- Demonstrated ability to work all sections in the kitchen including Saucier
- Knowledge of vegetable, meat, fish, appetizer, dessert cookery is a must
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day
- Closing / opening the kitchen
- Bringing a skill set that will make you successful in a fast paced environment
- Organizing weddings and functions
- Upholding AG standards of professionalism
- Working at our farm
- Arrives in a clean / sanitary uniform for each shift
