Touchstone Construction is looking to hire an apprentice who is eager to gain experience in residential renovations and new construction. The majority of our work is based in North and West Vancouver, occasional projects extend to various areas within greater Vancouver. We take pride in our work , maintain an exceptional work ethic and are eager to grow. In addition, Touchstone Construction strives to use sustainable and environmentally friendly building practices in all construction and renovation projects. Experience you will gain:
Minor Framing Forming (architectural concrete)
Interior finishing (mouldings, tiling, flooring, minor drywall repair and painting)
Exterior finishing (Building envelope, cedar siding, hardi siding, soffiting)
Millwork
Constructing decks and fences
Required Qualifications:
Must have some previous experience in residential construction
Must have PPE
Must have own means of reliable transportation
Must be able to work at a constant, steady rate, while maintaining good interpersonal relationships with clients and co-workers
Must have an eagerness to learn and grow within the trade
