Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist carpenters in various construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Help in the assembly and disassembly of structures and frameworks
- Perform basic carpentry duties under supervision
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Clean work areas and job sites
Qualifications:
- Experience or willingness to learn about carpentry techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction painting, tile laying, drywall, masonry, and caulking is a plus
- Basic understanding of plumb, roof installation, fabrication, and construction processes
