Job Description
Fort Sands Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter with a strong background in window installation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently on multi-family home construction projects in the Calgary area.
Key Responsibilities
- Install windows, build decks, fix building envelope all with precision and according to specifications in a safe manner.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
- Ensure work is completed safely and meets building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on window installation.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
