Responsibilities
- Generate Leads - Cold Calling / Other Media.
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Attending to prospective clients from initial sales meetings throughout the entire sales cycle.
- During need analysis, gather customers’ requirements and determine the best-fit solution.
- Must be able to respond to clients' inquiries and technical questions.
- Presenting your findings to our technical team in order to set up a salutation. Presentation based on our prospective client’s requirements.
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably as a BDR or in a similar role.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
- Excellent knowledge of the sales process and great listening skills
- Up-to-date on today’s solutions/technology
- Self-starter who will take the initiative
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The capacity to work well within a team environment
- Negotiating skills
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
