We are in search of a Business Development Representative who can help us with territory management, our Prospecting efforts and increase our pipeline. With a focus on Wheelchair Accessible, Medical Transportation providers.

Our ideal Candidate is someone who is outgoing, takes initiative, has leadership skills, tech savvy, a good researcher and people person, and who has a knack for customer service. Has a minimum of one year experience in B2B environment, and is a strong telephone prospector.

Working out of our Winnipeg, MB office, you will be a key member of our Sales Team finding and driving new business leads to our team.

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You’re quick to learn CRM systems, scheduling tools, and mapping software, and can type at least 45 WPM to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-Oriented & Accountable – You understand the importance of meeting MCIs and qualified leads metrics and take ownership of hitting or exceeding them.

Calm Under Pressure – You handle last-minute changes or challenging calls with composure and a solutions mindset.

Strategic Thinker & Researcher – You know how to find new prospects, understand target markets, and support MoveMobility’s product strategy with informed outreach.

Time-Managed & Reliable – You keep to schedules, follow through on tasks, and stay ahead of deadlines.

Software/Technology/Platforms We Use
Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce Maps, scheduling, and general computer software is a strong asset.

What Success Looks Like
You start by quickly learning our systems, understanding MoveMobility’s clients and markets, and building confidence on the phone. Within weeks, you’re comfortably qualifying prospects, managing demo schedules, and keeping detailed CRM records.

In a few months, you’re consistently generating new opportunities, helping achieve sales KPIs, and recognized by both your team and clients for your strategic outreach, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your drive and focus are making a direct impact on MoveMobility’s growth across Canada.
