Penticton Nissan is looking to add a Business Development Consultant / Appointment Coordinator!
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a TEAM first attitude. Daily communication by telephone and email with customers (both outbound and inbound) to schedule service appointments and log/track customers data into CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to data base to book customers for service. Drive appointments upward.
- Reach out to customers that have declined ‘recommended maintenance’ and try to rebook.
- Reach out to ‘lost’ customers that haven’t returned to the store in X amount of time.
- Assist in fielding incoming service calls. Sell customers service/maintenance packages prior to arriving in store. Book customers for service.
- Make SSI (Service Satisfaction) calls with the goal of achieving high scores.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and create lasting guest relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist the service department in updating customers. Ensuring guests are contacted on ‘promise times’.
The requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Strong ‘selling’ ability
- ‘No fear’ personality
- Experience with PBS is considered an asset
- Organization skills is a must
- In dealership position.
- Team player that can work closely with others
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Multi task skills are an asset

- Previous experience in a call centre or BDC role is a bonus
- Must have legal right to work in Canada
