- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Perform data analytics and processing to derive insights from structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ad hoc analytical support by preparing custom datasets and visualizations.
- Ensure accuracy and performance of BI solutions by validating data sources and optimizing dashboard/report performance.
- Continuously enhance reporting solutions to reflect evolving business needs and KPIs.
