We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bubble Tea Maker to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including the handling of ingredients and toppings for bubble tea.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering any questions about menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure the safety and quality of products served.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for bubble tea and willingness to learn new techniques in drink preparation is essential.
